Need help with your expression of interest? Contact a Grants Officer now <link to contact us page> The Opportunity Sync is a training program that focuses on the interplay between leadership and disability. It provides fresh perspectives and also challenges deep-seated thinking about leadership and disability. Designed to be radically different to any other training program for people with disability, it takes its inspiration and name from syncopation – the emphasis on the unemphasised beat. The Sync Leadership Program will be presented by UK-based co-founders Jo Verrent, artist, Senior Producer with Unlimited (www.weareunlimited.org.uk) and consultant with disability, and Sarah Pickthall, consultant, coach, community producer and diversity engineer. The Program Sync residency dates: 12-16 October 2015 Location: Adelaide, venue tbc Sync leadership is a program for up to 10 people with disability. The program pairs leadership learning and one-to-one coaching: The participants will be given access to face-to-face leadership training over five full days from 12-16 October 2015. Following the residential component each participant will be offered a limited number of personal coaching sessions between November 2015 and March 2016 with Sarah Pickthall.
