Suppl. Figure S2: Allelic diversity of 16 genotypes across 20 loci in the SUB1 QTL vicinity. The data in the shadowed boxes
represent the same alleles of FR13A. The presence of SUB1 by previous confirmation using markers or by inference is also indicated
as ‘SUB1’ and the ‘+’ signs, respectively. Seeds of the check varieties BR5, BRRI dhan49, BRRI dhan51, and BRRI dhan52 were
from the nucleus seed stock of the Plant Breeding Division, Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI); Ciherang-Sub1 (released as
BINA dhan11) and IR64-Sub1 were from the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI); while seeds of FR13A (the pure line
selection from Dhullaputia, a landrace grown in Orissa, India) were from genebank of BRRI. The rest of the accessions are from the
collection of the genebank of BRRI.
