Abstracts are to be submitted to the e-mail: bimate@vstp.si in .doc form.
Maximum file size for the abstract is 2 MB.
Abstracts will be selected either for oral or poster presentation.
Standard equipment for oral presentations: data projector (VGA), Windows-PC,
PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. For special requirements please contact the
Conference Secretariat in advance on bimate@vstp.si

These instructions give you basic guidelines for preparing papers for conference proceedings.

1. Introduction
The length of the abstract should be from 1 to 2 pages. Your research should be presented in a clear, comprehensive
way. Figures and tables should be included in the running text. The introduction should contain a brief presentation of the
research objective or question along with its background. Please submit the finalized manuscript as a DOC-file (maximum
file size is 2 MB).
2. Theory
The size of the paper is A4. The margins are: upper 3 cm, lower 2 cm, left 2,5 cm, right 2,5 cm. Preferred fonts are
either Calibri or Symbol. The title should be in capitals: Calibri, 11 point, boldface; and the authors should be listed in:
Calibri, 10 point, boldface. The affiliation should be written in Calibri, 9 point, italics. Subtitles are in Calibri, 10, boldface.
The rest of the text is in Calibri, 9 point.
The title, author list and affiliations are justified in centre. All other headings should be justified left and all other text
should be fully justified. The main author or the presenter should be underlined.
Figure (and table, graph, photographs etc.) captions should follow the following format: Figure X. Followed by the
corresponding description. Use Arabic numbers for numbering the figures, tables, graphs etc..
If you intend to use colour illustrations please make sure that the information you wish to present will also be clearly visible
in black and white.

Please do not insert any extra line-feeds after the section headings; all text should follow immediately below.
References should be identified by a number in brackets and follow the format shown in the examples below [1].
4. Results and discussion
It is not necessary to include all the suggested sections.

Please state clearly what you have done and what the results of your research are. We are looking forward to
receiving your contributions.
