Lots of misinformation and misconceptions and lack of knowledge in this field is one of the reason why today youths are easily influenced towards these stuffs . This paper discusses and compares the mental and physical effects of marijuana and tobacco. It will explain what happens at cellular level when we smoke these substance. We will also compare the addiction level of them on the basis of their psychological and biological effects. We will see psychological differences between peoples of countries where marijuana use upto certain amount is legal and countries where it is completely banned. It throws light on whether marijuana is a medical miracle or just a social hype and also why marijuana is banned but not tobacco in some regions. It discusses various research paper by different national medical and health institutes. At last we will see how all these information and knowledge can help us whether we should smoke them or not and if a person is addictive towards them , how can we help them.
