QIAquick PCR purification kit
1.
Add 5 volumes of Buffer PB to 1 volume of sample and mix by pipetting.

Apply the sample to a QIAquick spin column and centrifuge at 13000rpm for 1 minute.
3.
Discard the flow-through and place the column back in the same collection tube.
4.
Add 750ul Buffer PE to a QIAquick column and centrifuge for 1 minute.
5.
Discard the flow-through and place the column back in the same collection tube.
6.
Centrifuge the empty column for 1 minute.
7.
Place the QIAquick column in a clean 1.5ml tube with the lid cut off.
8.
Add 15ul sterile milliQ water, leave to stand at room temperature for 1 minute, the
centrifuge for 1 minute.
9.
Remove eluate from tube and place back in the QIAquick column. Leave to stand at room
temperature for 1 minute, then centrifuge for 1 minute.
10. Purified PCR product can be stored at -20oC.
