- One advisor will come to the registration table to receive the registration package for
your entire delegate group.
- All delegates MUST wear their bracelet for the duration of the conference.
(Sarah will be sitting at the Registration Desk)

7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies (flags) auditorium (MacLaggan 105) - Imelda Pearly – We are asking
each school to bring their own Provincial Flag
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Candle Lighting Ceremony (SUB QUAD)
*** May need Games Icebreakers/Games
8:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. – Break
8:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. – Ice Breakers
10 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. – Movie/Quiet Time (Popcorn and Hot Chocolate) Janice and Kim are bringing the popcorn
machine. The hot chocolate is going to be supplied by UNB
