Terms and Conditions/Information
Prices:
The cost of renting Gribyn Cottage is £60 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights and £300 for
7 nights.
Timings:
The cottage will be ready for you from 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate by
10am on the day of departure. 7 night stay are Friday to Friday. Depending on the bookings either side,
we may be able to be flexible with these times. Please call to discuss.
Included: The cottage comprises
a dining/kitchen area, a large sitting room, shower room, 1 large
bedroom with king size bed, and 2 landing areas each with a full size single bed - sleeping four in total. Bed
linen for all required beds, towels, tea towels and oven gloves, bath mat, toilet rolls and washing up liquid
are provided. Electricity and central heating are included.
The equipment includes a television with dvd (Freeview coming soon!), fridge, oven, hob, microwave,
plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, serving dishes and pans. Wireless internet in all rooms except the main
bedroom. Access can be arranged to a washing machine for a small charge.
Cleaning/Recycling: We will make sure that the cottage is clean and tidy for your arrival and would
ask that you leave it tidy (we will clean!). We recycle as much as possible and provide labelled bins outside
for all glass, plastics, tins and cardboard. We provide rubbish bags for all other waste. Please remember
that Wales doesn’t provide free bags when you go shopping – 5p for the cheapest which goes to charity.
Deposit: A deposit is payable as detailed on the Booking Form to secure your booking.
This is a non-
refundable deposit. However, if we manage to re-book the dates we will waive the cancellation policy.
Payment: Full payment for all bookings is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If your booking is less than 4
weeks prior to arrival then full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment can either be by cheque to
‘Vicky Ware’ or by bank transfer to HSBC, sort code 40-34-33, account no. 01538985, Ref: Gribyn Cottage.
Cancellation Policy: We will always try to rebook the dates but in the event of this being
unsuccessful the following will apply.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival – 50% refund
Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival – 25% refund
Cancellation less than 1 week before arrival – no refund
Guests:
The maximum sleeping capacity of the cottage is 4 persons. Should you wish to have day
visitors there is cutlery, crockery and a large table suitable for 8.
Damage: We are sure that you will look after the cottage during your stay. However, we do recognise
that accidents/breakages do happen. If these are beyond normal wear and tear, please let us know and
we will ask you to replace any items only at cost.
Drying Room: There is plenty of space in the cottage to hang outdoor clothing and we are more than
happy to put wet things in our drying room for you.

A deposit of £60 is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior
to your arrival. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival full
payment is required on booking.
