Mental Health First Aid Course
South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust Talking Therapies are running two free
Mental Health First Aid 2 day Courses on 2nd and 3rd March 2015 and 13th and
16th March 2015 9.30 am to 4.30pm
Mental Health First Aid is an educational course which teaches people how to identify,
understand and help a person who may be developing a mental health problem. In the same
way as we learn physical first aid, mental health first aid teaches you how to recognise those

We continually develop our training products to keep them at the cutting edge of research and
best practice. Our robust quality assurance processes ensure that instructors deliver training
of the highest quality.
