CLINICAL HISTORY:

COMPARISON:
PROCEDURE COMMENTS: MRI was performed without contrast to evaluate the uterus
and fetus. Informed consent was obtained. Data was transferred to a Vitrea postprocessing workstation where 3 dimensional image sets were created for the calculation
of fetal lung volumes. The key images from this processing were added to the exam.
This information is essential for the proper prenatal counseling and clinical care of the
fetus by the fetal care team.
