Researches, implements and evaluates strategies for increasing completion rates in relevant higher education feeder programs to improve retention and student satisfaction, with a particular focus on the Diploma of Management/Human Resource Management as potential feeder programs for the Bachelor of Applied Management. Researches the viability of establishing other ‘feeder’ programs for higher education degrees at BKI such as the Advanced Diploma of Management and the Diploma of Justice. Investigates and develops (if appropriate) a delivery model and work plan for the delivery of relevant higher education programs at BKI with a particular focus on the Bachelor of Applied Management and Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice).
