Please complete all section of the form and forward it to either your County/District Training
Officer (or County/District Secretary/Membership Administrator if you have no C/DTO
exists). For Branch-level courses the Branch Chairman or Secretary should also endorse
the application.
If your course request is successful and subsequently you need to withdraw from the course
you must contact County/District office or the Training team as soon as possible.
Please note that the Legion is investing in your training and therefore expects that an
individual, who attends training, will use their new skills/knowledge for the benefit of the
Legion and our beneficiaries.

The completed approved application should be forwarded by email to

Please note, all applications for National Courses are to be forwarded to Haig House no later
than 4 weeks before the course date; although later applications may be discussed with the
Training Team, if the course is still running.
Data Protection Act 1998 - The Legion is required under the Data Protection Act, to ensure
that all information provided by applicants to attend Membership Training Courses, is used
solely for administrative purposes and held thereafter in the Membership Training
Department archives and database.
