Computer-Based tests for Home Education Students for School Year 2015-2016
All home-schooled students eligible to take the tests listed below will test only at the Berryhill Administrative Complex
in Conference Rm. A, 6751 Berryhill Street, Milton, FL. Testing computers are NOT provided at school sites for these
tests.
Special Note: In order to have an English/Language Arts score, the FSA Writing Component must be taken in March. If a
student fails to show for the FSA Writing Component, the student will not be allowed to test for the English/Language
Arts assessment.

Note: Due to the heavy volume of testing to be completed at the Berryhill Administrative Complex, late comers will
not be allowed to test, and there will be no make-ups provided. You must test on the assigned date.
All students are expected to have completed the Practice Tests for FSA assessments at the web address
http://www.fsassessments.org/training-tests Student and Parent Resources are also available at this web address.
All students who are taking the NGSSS end of course (EOC) exams are expected to have the ePAT practice tests
accessed at http://www.pearsonaccess.com/fl under the ePAT tab in the upper bar. After clicking the ePAT tab, you
can find installation instructions, practice test answers, and practice test scripts under the Resources tab.
Please Note: A student wishing to re-enter high school for a diploma will be expected to take all required state and
end-of-course exams.
