Fri. 6-29-12 SAAs send lists from June criteria processing to MS Principals July Consideration of Parent/Guardian Requests Parent requests can be submitted to a review board that may be comprised of an administrator, a counselor, the department leader, and a teacher of that curriculum area (depending on the availability at the school). The review board will take into account the parent’s request, the student’s course history, and their current academic achievement which may include outside testing information. The administrator/counselor will inform the parent of the review board’s decision. July Final Placement of Students Administrator/Counselor make final placement adjustments Note: For initial placement the Fall MAP score will take precedence over MCA-II results.
