These terms are agreed upon and accepted by both parties upon the receipt of a deposit or if no deposit is made, and the receipt of the full price of the puppy. If you are not agreeable to the terms of the sale do not send us a deposit/any monies or sign the contract.
The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shot and worming records. The purebred registration application paperwork will be mailed to the buyer when seller receives them from the Registry. It should be noted that sometimes it takes up to a month for the papers to be received. The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for purebred registration with the following Registry or Registries:

Puppies are reserved and held with a deposit. Deposits are $500.00. Deposits can be paid with money orders, cashier’s check or with a major credit card through Pay Pal. Under NO circumstances will a personal check be accepted. Once Munter Bulldogges receives the deposit the puppy will be marked and considered sold.
Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first choose basis, once the puppy is put up for sale. The puppy will be placed on hold for three business days, while waiting for a deposit. If the deposit is not received in that time, the puppy will be placed back up for sale.
Monies are NON REFUNDABLE, in other words we DO NOT refund any money, except in cases of premature death, prior to the delivery of your puppy to you. If you change your mind and do not want the puppy you paid on or cannot take your puppy, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY MONEY ALREADY PAID. We do not transfer monies to another puppy at a later date or refund monies. Please think before you pay.
Shipping for puppies at this time is $300.00 and shipping rates are subject to change. The price of the puppy does NOT include the shipping cost. We ship by air or ground depending on the season and the buyer and sellers wishes. The fee will include a vet check, shipping crate and actual shipping costs. The puppy may take anywhere from 1-5 days to arrive to you, from the time the puppy is picked up by ground shipper or air.
The Buyer will pick up the puppy by the time it is eight weeks old, or the puppy will be shipped by the time it is eight weeks old. There will be a $50.00 per week boarding charge plus any other expenses if buyer is not able to pick up puppy. Two weeks or more with no attempts to make other arrangements or attempts to make plans with Munter Bulldogges, the buyer then forfeits the puppy and any deposits or payments made on the puppy, unless other arrangements are made with Munter Bulldogges.
This puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth from any genetic/ hereditary defects that cause death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year of age. For this guarantee to be valid we require documentation from a licensed veterinarian of the problem. If your puppy prematurely dies, we require some sort of diagnosis or cause of death, documented by a licensed veterinarian to prove the cause of death. If you do not have this documentation the puppy will NOT be covered. We reserve the right to a second veterinarian opinion. All at the buyers expense. If an inheritable defect is documented by a licensed veterinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy. If Munter Bulldogges agrees to replace a puppy, the original pup must be returned to Munter Bulldogges, at the buyer’s expense. Once this is done, the buyer will be credited with the purchase price they paid for their puppy. They will be permitted to apply the purchase price to any they like that is for sale. If they desire a puppy that is priced more than the purchase price of their original puppy, the buyer will have to pay the balance. We
DO NOT REFUND MONIES AT ANY TIME. Munter Bulldogges will not cover shipping costs on puppies.

If your dog has been used in any canine sports (i.e. weight pulling, protection work etc.) or has been bred, this guarantee is null and void.
Puppies are at risk for Coccidia and Giardia (bloody stools) another thing which is often brought on by the stress of shipping, a new home, new food, new people, change of climate of surroundings, etc.
Puppies shipped also seem more prone to have bouts with Coccidian or Giardia. And Kennel Cough,
(Bordatella) which is common in dogs that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel
Cough, Coccidia or Giardia on their own are not considered life threatening.
All puppies are treated and vaccinated for Coccidiosis, Giardia and Kennel Cough, before they leave.
However, you need to be aware that these things can arise and that they are usually not serious (even though seeing blood in the stool appears serious) and are easily treated. WE WILL NOT AND DO NOT
COVER THE TREATMENT FOR THE ABOVE LISTED ISSUES.
Puppy will be current on worming and shots and will have received vaccinations and worming’s depending on age. No replacement will be given in case of Parvo.
If your dog is used in any sort of illegal activity (i.e. dog fighting), or in any canine sports (i.e. weight pulling), or is mistreated malnourished, abused or not taken care of, this guarantee is completely null and void.
It is understood that at the time of this sale the puppy is not considered to be of show quality or breeding quality. But it is represented as its breed and is suited as pet quality only.
This guarantee does not cover what in the Bulldogge breed some may consider normal or beyond our control: i.e. Cherry eyes, entropian, loose hips, stenotic nares (loud sounding or sniffing when breathing), allergies, thyroid dysfunction and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. We cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract mange. Mange is a multifunctional genetic disease that can be transmitted in a recessive manner. There is much dispute between experts as to the differing specific causes on mange, including environment, stress and nutrition. Therefore we cannot guarantee against it. We are not geneticists and cannot predict genetic problems. Many believe that diet, stress and surroundings play the biggest part in mange and we have no way of ensuring that a buyer is taking proper care of the dog. We do not bred dogs with undesirable conditions such as mange, but we cannot guarantee that previous generations did not have these conditions in the lines, unbeknownst to us.
There is no GUARANTEE AND/OR WARRANTY that the buyer will be able to breed or show the dog purchased regardless of show or breeding potential. But it is represented as its breed and is suited as pet quality only. Munter Bulldogges will not guarantee the color of the puppy or what colors the puppy/dogs might carry.
This guarantee is not transferable from the original purchaser.

To use the kennel name Munter Bulldogges as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.
To send updated pictures at least every 6 months. This can be done via Facebook or text message.
Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by e-mail or a phone call. The failure of this will result in a breach of the contract.
Maintain up to date vaccines, worming’s and to keep the dog/puppy in humane conditions, providing proper food, water, vet care and shelter.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, that any legal issues or court proceedings concerning the puppy purchased under this contract will be resolved in the seller’s county of residence
(Traill County, North Dakota). This extends to internet sales across state lines as well. All attorney costs will be paid by the buyer.
The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog/puppy. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.
