Intent Statement
My name is Pamela Giesie and I am the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at City of Hope. In this capacity,
one of my accountabilities is to manage the operating budget for all clinical areas and to ensure sound
fiscal acumen. I would apply the same principles to this executive board position.
One of my main goals would be to ensure financial robustness of this chapter thereby contributing to
the financial health of ONS as a whole. Another goal is to become more involved with and to make a
contribution to ONS. Given my education and experience, I am confident that I am an excellent fit for
this position. I am extremely excited and enthusiastic about running for this position. If you like
