Licensing Act 2003: Minor
Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that (1) NAME has applied to Brentwood
Borough Council on (2) DATE for a minor variation to a premises
licence for (3) TRADING AS NAME AND ADDRESS.
The proposed variation is to (4) ENTER DETAILS OF MINOR
VARIATION.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this
application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by (5)
DATE stating the grounds for making said representation to:
Envitonmental Health & Licensing Brentwood Borough Council Town
Hall Ingrave Road Brentwood CM15 8AY.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by
members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at
www.brentwood.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date
given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such
representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under
section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in or in connection with an application for
premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such
an offence is £5000.

Insert the date of application to the Licensing Authority i.e. the date the complete
application is given to the Licensing Authority.
Insert the name and full postal address of the premises.
Insert a brief description of the proposed minor variation(s)
Insert the date the by which all relevant representations must be received by the
Licensing Authority (10 working from the 1st working day after the application is
received by the licensing authority)
The Display Notice must be on A4 paper and white in colour. The Font for the title
“Licensing Act 2003: Minor Variation of Premises Licence” must be Font size 32 and
the rest of the notice in Font size 16.
