Delta Lambda Boulé Grammateus Report March 4, 2015 The deadline for membership reporting is March 31, 2015 and we still have accounts receivables of $19,760.00. In order to do a reasonable job preparing the membership report I will need the annual financials for 2014 and all the dues paid in a timely fashion so that a proper report can be filed. In addition we need to report on our Social Action program and we don’t have a program to report. As a member boulé that has earned the respect of the Grand we have to be able to develop certain programs that will take us to the next level. Over the next year I would like to see us develop a robust Social Action program, implement our Strategic Plan and develop a Public Policy that we can report to the Region. At the recent SER Executive committee, Archon Daryl Searcy of Epsilon Lambda has challenged all Archons in the Southeast region to become Minton fellows. Our member boulé currently has 21 active members, 19 of whom are legacy. We need to encourage 100% legacy. We have already decided that all new members must be Minton fellows when they join. There is no protocol on the appropriate time to wear medals, but it has been suggested that if we wear our medals at all boulé meetings it will encourage others to attain legacy status or increase their legacy status. 1. Delta Upsilon Boulé is planning an exceptional meeting. Those wishing to play golf, tennis or experience the Porsche experience will need to plan on arriving August 5th, as these events will be taking place on the morning of August 6, 2015. Registration for the Regional Boulé events and hotel accommodations will be available in about 30 days. They are expecting a record crowd of 600-700 attendees at this meeting. There will also be a robust children’s program. As there are many sites to experience in Atlanta, Archons may want to spend some extra time to see all the sites and visit friends and familie The tentative schedule for the 18th Biennium Southeast Region Boulé i Finally, the program of the Southeast Region Executive Committee is available on our website. Of note is the Nomination committee report which was approved at the recent meeting. I have been nominated for Region Sire Archon Elect and there are no other nominations. Nominations for Region Sire Archon Elect cannot come from the floor and nominations have been closed. I will therefore be installed as the Southeast Region Sire Archon Elect in Atlanta at the Regional boulé. I would like to have as many Delta Lambda Archons at the meeting for moral support. This is an historical moment and I can see more and more involvement of Delta Lambda at the Regional and Grand level in the future, but in order to do so we need to have representative programs in place. Respectfully Submitted. Archon Eneas Grammateus
