As well as draft flood risk management plans, Natural Resources Wales is consulting on draft updates to river basin management plans, which set out measures to improve water in rivers, lakes, estuaries, coasts and in groundwater. The environmental report presents the results of this assessment and summarises the effects that are significant for the river basin district as a whole.
