New York is accepting applications for a one-year postdoctoral psychology fellowship position (with an option for a
second year) in the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Division.
The Child Track fellowship aims to prepare the next generation of scientist-practitioners for careers in academic
research and clinical applications. In consultation with a member of the psychology faculty, the fellow will develop
a plan to address their specific training goals. Fellows will be based in the child outpatient clinic, where they will
engage in the evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families in individual, group, and family
interventions. Fellows will participate in specialty clinics (e.g., Affective Disorders, Disruptive Behavior Disorders,

family interventions, based on their interests. A variety of didactics are offered for child fellows to enhance their
training and engage in professional development (e.g., CBT, DBT, Listening Process). Participation in clinical
research activities is encouraged and fellows will be matched with a research mentor based on their mutual interests.
Fellows may work with research mentors at either the White Plains or Manhattan campus.
