Vendor Registration.
1. Q: Is there any paper or materials need to prepared before registration?
A: Open the website, click on the user guide on the left side and download the document,
which include all details about registration.
2. Q: I have tried to register in your website many times using Safari, but unsuccessful.
A: The system fully supports IE rather than other browsers.
3. Q: Is it possible to send us the username and password when we finish the first or two steps?
Then we can update other items when we login the system?
A: You have the authority to login the system when you finish the registration and approved
by PCH .
4. Q: Vendor registration has many items such as financial statement, qualifications, is it
possible if I leave my laptop to find some materials?
A: All data will be temporally saved during the registration process, don’t close the browsers.
5. Q: Why is the postal code five or ten digit number? What we do if we have 7 digit postal
code?
A: Use the prefix 0 before the postal code.
6. Q: what we do if the system shows format error at telephone number, bank information?
A: there is an example after system prompt.
7. Q: where I can find the highlight prompt if I fail to submit the form?
A: there are two ways to show the prompt, 1. Click on the next button, it will show again.
2. Onmouseover the field with problems, it will show the prompt.
8. Q: How long I can receive the username and password to login the system when I finished
the registration processing.
A: It may take 2-3 working days to approve your corporate profile.
9. Q: We have many branches around the globe, which one we should register in your website?
A: You prefer to register the one who want to do some business with PCH in the future.
10. Q: How long it may take during the registration processing?
A: It may take 60-90 minutes; you need prepare many documents or qualifications such as
license and certification, financial statements, tax registration certification, supplier declaration
form and so on.
11. Q: what kinds of person should be provide in contact person?
A: You should fill in sales persons in your company.
12. Q: What means the past and current project for each category of your products?
A: the past and current project you have done is mandatory, while the past and current
project you have done with PCH is not mandatory.
13. Q: in the last step, My Company registered in the free zone, No tax registration certification,
what we do?
A: please clarify why your company doesn’t have the tax registration certification.
14. Q: in the last step, may I delete the documents uploaded?
A: click on the attachment, there is a delete button in the dialog box.
15. Q: In the last step, what we do about the supplier declaration form.
A: firstly, find the form in the user manual, print, sign, scan, and upload it to the system.
16. Q: In the last step, there is no response when I uploaded some certifications?
A: It may take several minutes if file size is more than 5MB.
17. Q: Can we provide more qualifications during the last step?
A: No problem, you can provide more qualifications to show your company capabilities.
18. Q: How to update my company profile if my company changed something new?
A: Firstly log on the system, click on the menu-> change profile, you can update your
company’s profile.
19. Q: What we do if I fail to submit the form?
A: the system will highlight the fields with problems, which can help you update the items.
