How can I publish something on the school website?
If you want to edit a page of static information (as it occurs in the menu at the moment) then
please see GA.
If you want to add a notice, a letter, or a report on a school event, then please:
- open the ‘I want to publish something’ template in Files for Staff/Website.
- Then save it as your name and date.
Fill the following information below. This will be put into your post.
Title of post: (make 5-10 words)
Main text of post: (if a notice or a letter, begin with who it is aimed at. If it is a report on a
school event, include 3-5 facts for GA to edit into a paragraph of marketing copy – or write
one yourself!)
Files to attach: Make sure that any files are clearly titled and saved in the website folder.
Each post can have attached between 1 to 3 photographs maximum. If you upload more
than 3 photographs, at best the first three will be chosen. Ideally choose only one.
If you want to upload multiple photographs, upload them yourself onto a PowerPoint
so that can be inserted. See GA, SC, GW or GJ for how to do this.
