Swimmers may travel with a parent under their own flight arrangements. Real Travel can assist you & also arrange your stay

Coaches will supervise swimmers traveling independent of parents at all times.
Coaches will supervise swimmers with parents during the swim meet and if they opt for the trip, only
250 RMB per day for food, plus money for shopping. RMB is exchangeable at Airports and banks.
Traveling without parents – Middle or High School Students with coach’s approval. Give your passport to
your coach by Monday Nov 24th. Chinese visa valid beyond the travel date.
Blue Aqua Eagles polo shirt, beige or tan pants or blue Eagles sweat pants for Airport and plane travel.
At the meet wear your blue spirit t-shirt, team pajama pants and white Aqua Eagles swim cap for the races.
SAS will purchase travel accident insurance for all students. There’s no charge.
Swimmers’ actual age as of Nov 28th 2014 will determine their age group.
A Carry-on suitcase is recommended for swimmers. (Refrain form checking in your bag please)
Bring a towel, sunglasses, flip flops or deck shoes, sunscreen, favorite snacks, book, personal music etc.
Room assignments for independents are pre-arranged; coaches will hand out assignments at the hotel.
