Composite Recycling AT presents an investment opportunity the world’s first novel tertiary composite recycling process capable of recycling thermoset carbon fiber composites and reclaiming milled carbon fiber (MCF) and chopped carbon fiber (CCF) in a near virgin condition ready for resale to thermoplastic molding compounders that sell their products to the electronics, aerospace, transportation, sporting goods, medical, and chemical industries. The process also obtains a mixed phenolic compound test proven to match performance specifications of similar products sold to the lumber industry where phenolics are used to treat wood. Other tertiary recycling technologies are available for processing of scrap electronics, automotive scrap, tires, and plastic food packaging. These technologies offer recovery of valuable materials such as precious metals and refinable liquid products suitable for energy production. The AT composite recycling technologies have been under constant development for over 10 years. AT has received nearly $2.5 million in research and development funding through government contracting awards with DARPA, NSF, DOE, and the US Navy. These are the ONLY proven composite recycling technologies to have been proven on a pilot scale at every step. We recently completed our first commercial contract with a major aircraft manufacturer. The project was a major success and the technology is commercial ready. Phoenix Recycling Reactor "Jumbo" composite recycling reactor.
