Call for Speakers
Thank you for your interest in speaking at the 2016 Utility Solar Conference (USC) in Denver,
CO, April 11-13. As we develop the program for USC, the program planning team is seeking
expert speakers in a number of timely utility topics* in areas. Below you will see the four tracks
for the program as well as some suggested topic areas. Please feel welcome to share

USC provides an exclusive space for electric utilities to share ideas in a dynamic and interactive
forum. We are seeking knowledgeable speakers willing to share their experience and expertise.
Conference session formats may include: traditional presentations, panels, facilitated
discussions, "How-Tos," "Fast-Forward" talks and more. SEPA will help place selected
speakers into presentation formats that best meet the program and learning objectives. In order
to help make all presentations as engaging and productive as possible, all selected speakers
will be required to participate in a brief webinar training with an adult education specialist in
preparation for the conference.
Speaker Eligibility
Only individuals from the following organization types are eligible to submit an application to
speak:
- Electric Utilities
- Research Organizations
- Universities and Laboratories
- Non-Profit and Educational Associations
Speaker Registration Discount
Speakers selected to present at USC will receive a discounted registration price of $475 for
members, $790 for non-members. Please do not register for USC until you have received notice
of the status of speaker application. Applications are due by December 23, 2015.
