EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
State Urban Development Agency (SUDA) under Housing & Urban Development
Department, Govt. of Odisha, intends to empanel Skill Training Institutes/ Agencies
as Skill Training Providers (STPs) under EST & P component of NULM for the year
2014-15 & 2015-16. The Institutes /Agencies must be empanelled with state Govt. or
Central Govt. Deptt./ Institutes /Agencies for similar nature of work. The Institutes
/Agencies owned by Govt. are encouraged to participate. The Institutes /Agencies
shall impart skill training to the unemployed & under employed Urban poor at Urban
Local Bodies & will provide minimum 50% placement to the trained candidates. For
this purpose, SUDA now invites eligible entities to indicate their interest in providing
the above services. Interested Parties may submit their proposals with details in the
format enclosed, along with documentary evidences of empanelled with state Govt.
or Central Govt. Institutes /Agencies for similar nature of work & no. of trained
candidates placed in the companies on the said assignment, and Available
Infrastructures
(movable & Immovable), Manpower (Professionals & Non-
professionals),Tie-up with the Companies for placement & capacity to place number
of Candidates etc. for the current assignment. The proposal complete in all respect
may be delivered to the undersigned by registered post/ speed post/ in person (by
hand) to SUDA on or before 20th January -2015 up to 05.00 P.M in a sealed
envelope clearly mentioning on the top of it “Proposal for Empanelment as STP to
provide Skill Training & Placement to the Urban Poor under EST & P of NULM.”
The Mission Director, OULM-(NULM), SUDA-Odisha reserves the right to accept or
reject all or any of the proposals and terminate the selection process without
assigning any reason thereof.
