Online Enrolment for new students is available from 2nd September 2013. If in doubt contact your School Office or at Burnley campus the Campus Administration Office (C 106 tel 01772 896056). CHECK THE TIME OF THE COURSE BRIEFING FOR YOUR PROGRAMME 3. HAVE YOU RECEIVED YOUR UCLAN CORPORATE CARD YET? Most courses have induction and/or Course briefings. Check when your briefing is being held at this website: www.uclan.ac.uk/induction_timetables Students at Burnley contact the Campus Administration Office (C 106 tel 01772 896056). If you have not received your UCLan Corporate Card, you should obtain one as soon as possible. To get a Corporate Card you need to upload a passport style photograph via the following link http://photo.uclan.ac.uk. If you have problems uploading a photograph contact Learning & Information Services (LIS) Customer Support & Technical Services on 01772 895355. Your Corporate Card will then be posted to your home address (or can be collected from the Library after 16th September if you are already on Campus). 4. YOUR STUDENT PROFILE 5. You can obtain a copy of your Student Profile, listing the modules you have registered, from your School Office, by visiting www.uclan.ac.uk/myuclan or by clicking the myUCLan link on your personalised page of the Student Portal. If you are a full-time undergraduate student check your module totals and ensure that you have the equivalent of 6 standard size modules, inclusive of an Elective (see below). If not, complete the Module Registration Form in your Student Organiser or visit your School Office. Part time or Postgraduate students - please check with your School Office. Free-Choice Electives information and registration, including Languages, is available on line at www.uclan.ac.uk/electives. If unsure check with your School. Workshops and tutorials are run throughout the year and the schedule can be viewed at www.uclan.ac.uk/wiser. There is no need to register. Just turn up – first come first served. IS THERE A BENEFIT IN OPENING A STUDENT BANK ACCOUNT? Open a Student Bank account so your loan is paid direct into your account and take advantage of incentives such as an interest free overdraft. Shop around as banks may offer different introductory packages. Choose one that suits you. HAVE YOU HAD THE FIRST PAYMENT OF YOUR FINANCIAL CREDITS? If you are eligible to receive financial credits you should receive your first payment of £500 by the 20th September 2013.
