We are pleased to offer your player a place at South Wilts Soccer School for the 2014/15
season.
Training will commence on Tuesday 1st July 2014 and the venue will be Five Rivers Leisure
Centre grass pitch (Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Hulse Rd, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 3NR). As
from the end of September we will be moving to a 3G facility TBC, we will communicate this
exact date with plenty of notice via text and email.
Training - for the season will be a Tuesday and Thursday evening, break down as follows:
U11 / U12 / U13 – 5.30 – 7.00pm
U14 / U15 / U16 /U18 – 7.00 – 8.30pm
Player Registration Evening – Thursday 19th June to be held at the Five Rivers Leisure
Centre.
All players and parents must complete the FA online respect guide at;
www.thefa.com/respectguide this is to be brought with you to the Registration Evening.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Your Player’s annual fees for 2014/2015 Season will be £325.00
*120 hrs of coaching at £2.71 per hour. This equates to £250 for the remainder of the
season. In addition to the above registration fee of £75, the total cost payable is £325.00
*The season ends Tues 17th May. Payments can either be made in full, or in 10 monthly
instalments of £25.00 (excl. registration fee).
*Please note the registration fee of £75 is still to be paid in full upfront.
*There maybe additional hours of ad hoc training sessions offered in school holidays to
compensate for cancelled sessions (in respect of bad weather) .
*In the case of an injury or unique circumstance’s a player’s monthly instalments can be
frozen. This will be at the discretion of the southwest soccer schools.

General Information
League set up
Your player will be registered with the JPL team (Saturday), we look to base the squads on 16 players
but we are allowed to register unlimited players for the JPL if need. Injuries & illness will throughout
the season.
JPL Home games will be played at Hunts Farm & hot food will be served for all players and staff. We
will provide a Mini bus for select games throughout the season; this will be at a small cost per player.
Age groups will train as one squad.
U11- U16 Will compete in the JPL on a weekly basis
U18 - TBC

Kit
Once the players registration fee has been paid, you will receive training kit (T-shirt, shorts & socks)
Extras can be brought through South West Soccer Schools via the contact numbers.
Full Match kit will be supplied to all players on match days,

This season’s communication will come internally rather than from your respective managers,
therefore it’s important we are kept up to date with mobile numbers & email address. We will also
use Twitter & Facebook on a weekly basis to keep you updated regarding the youth section.
