This algorithm was tested by creating a function using PL/SQL. ● Technology: PL/SQL, PostgreSQL with PostGIS extension. Medisearch, A medical search engine ● A web application which found nearest hospital to user’s entered location for the city of Indore, India and displayed it on Map. ● Technology: PHP , MySQL, Google Maps API Let’s Talk: A LAN based messaging application. ● An application for instant messaging in LAN environment. ● Technology: Java Socket Programming, TCP/IP protocol. Other related Experiences ● Created a Drive Time Calculator widget for Esri’s ArcGIS viewer for flex and submitted it to the Flex-A-Widget Challenge at the 2011 Esri Developer Summit. ● Participated in Storytelling with Maps Contest for the Esri International User Conference 2011. ● Created an application that routes the user along with directions to the nearest place to eat at the University of Maine, Orono Campus using ArcGIS API for Javascript. ● Created a Facebook Application ‘Mapfriend’ that takes a random friend from user’s friend list and displays his hometown on a google Map. ● Created an application that displays a random google street view when a person clicks a button for the city of Bangor, Maine.
