Academic Scholar of the Month
The nomination form below is for nominating the Scholar of the Month. This should be someone within
the Fraternity Community that is an outstanding scholastic role model. The scholar of the month must
have above a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Nominees will be voted on by the IFC delegates from each house, the
council, and advisors.
Please email this form to giano.fiore@unco.edu or turn in the completed form to the Director of
Academic Affair’s mailbox in the student activities office before the last Tuesday of the month:
