Shaw Consulting will manage the process from the specification of the requirements through to supplier selection including creation of all the necessary documentation Project Structure: The project has been broken down into the following stages: Stage 1 - Project Initiation Setting up the project, establishing the governance, agreeing roles and responsibilities, creating the Project Initiation Document (PID). Stage 2 - Consultation Workshop sessions to determine the requirements and scope, issuance of the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), selection of supplier shortlist. Stage 3 - Specification Creating the Specification of Requirements, issuance of Specification to suppliers. Stage 4 - Procurement Analysis and grading of suppliers tenders, issuance of contract notice. Stage 5 - Drafting the Supplier Selection Report Comprehensive documentation of the decision making process as required by the OJEU guidelines.
