Omega Animal Removal’s Guarantee
When you, the client, choose to do business with Omega Animal Removal Inc., we guarantee the services we provided for the
client. Our guarantee is that the client will not have another animal issue, in the structure serviced, for the duration of the
guarantee. If at any point during the duration of this guarantee, any animal(s) re-enter the structure serviced through any of the
specific entry points sealed by Omega Animal Removal’s representative, then Omega Animal Removal will return to the
structure serviced and remove the animals, repair the damaged entry points and decontaminate the serviced structure’s attic at
no charge to the client.
When our Rodent Control Specialists provide a full interior and exterior inspection of your home, they will thoroughly
examine each and every area on your home that needs to be properly sealed off to stop, and prevent further infestation. They
will also assess the contamination level of all attic insulation to determine the necessary process for properly decontaminating
your attic. They will then provide you, the client, with a detailed work order, tailor-made to fit your nuisance wildlife issue.
The amount of work necessary will be based on a number of different factors including:

The species of animal(s) inhibiting your attic
The severity of damage to the home
Number of entry points created by the animal(s)
The contamination level of your attic (amount of excrement and nesting sites throughout your attic insulation)
The amount of damage done to areas in the attic, such as: duct -work, wiring, chewing of beams, drywall
contamination and chewing on multiple different areas.
If you decide to move forward with all processes recommended by our Rodent Control Specialist, then Omega Animal
Removal Inc will provide your home with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Please read through our terms and conditions for
more information regarding our Lifetime Guarantee. They can be found on our website or provided to you on site.
When you decide to move forward with Omega Animal Removal’s standard 3-step process to solve your Rodent Infestation,
then we will provide your home with our standard, industry leading 5-year guarantee. This allows us to provide you with
unsurpassed peace of mind, knowing that you have the nation’s number one rodent control and wildlife control firm in the
country working with you… no matter how extensive the work may be.

**** By signing this agreement, you, the client, acknowledge all given information and agree to all of Omega Animal Removal’s Terms and Conditions.
The client also agrees to sign this legally binding document on behalf of all persons listed on the deed of the structure serviced. The client swears to have
received complete consent to sign on behalf of each individual listed on the serviced structure’s deed. The client also understand that Omega Animal
Removal Inc cannot guarantee that any animal(s) will not cause exterior damage to, or find re-entry into the structured serviced by ways deemed
uncontrollable by Omega Animal Removal Inc. In this scenario, Omega Animal Removal Inc reserves the right to render void this guarantee in its
entirety, and re-charge in full, for additional services needed. The client also fully understands and acknowledges that in the event of having the roof
and/or roofing shingles of the structure serviced repaired or replaced during the duration of this guarantee, then this guarantee is rendered void in its
entirety. This guarantee is also given with the understanding that the client will responsibly and adequately care for and maintain the structure serviced.
The client fully understands and acknowledges that if any animal(s) re-enter the structure serviced due to fact that the exterior of the structure was
insufficiently maintained, then this guarantee is rendered void in its entirety, and Omega Animal Removal Inc reserves the right to re-charge, in full, for
additional services needed again, even if the services had previously been paid by the client and the persons they represent.
