Arun Wellbeing has taken on 2 Home Energy Visitors, who provide free, impartial advice on ways to heat your home more efficiently, including: How to change your tariff Whether you qualify for a free boiler upgrade or insulation Advice on what you can do to keep warm and healthy Fitting energy saving devices such as radiator panels The Home Energy Visitors Emma Pagett and Jo Williamson are happy to come out to vulnerable people’s homes or just give advice over the phone to anyone who needs it. Jo Williamson says: “many residents are worried about the cost heating their homes. Those renting from private landlords are particularly at risk from high fuel bills and they - and their landlords might be surprised at the improvements we can make to those properties” Emma Pagett says: “we are always happy to talk to anyone who needs advice and can arrange to go round to their house and help them live a healthier, warmer life for less money”.
