Function Booking Form Dinner Menu Requirements - All groups of 8 people or over are required to choose from one of the set menu options below. To ensure the freshest and most seasonal menu is available all dishes will be chosen by the Head Chef on the day of the function. (Please tick your choice). *3 Course Choice Menu – Bread, Choice of Three Entrée, Main & Dessert - $80pp ☐ * 8 Course Degustation - $95pp ☐ with Matching Wines - $55pp ☐ * If you wish to have a stand up cocktail function canapes are charged at $4 per piece and we recommend 4 to 6 per person per hour. A Cheese Course can be added to all Menus for an additional $10pp Dietary Requirements The Head Chef will do his best to accommodate any special requests or dietary requirements you may have. We do require these no later than 2 days prior to your function. Wine & Beverage Choices These must be received no later than five business days prior to the day of function so as we can ensure that you will have the adequate amount for your function. If you are unable to send through your wine & beverage choices five business days prior to your event our Sommelier will advise you on the wines which are available and most suited to your menu and budget. Bookings and Deposits All bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit with signed terms and conditions. These are to be received at least 2 weeks prior to the function date. The deposit required is based on the number attending i.e.: 8 to 12 people = $100 deposit 13 to 29 people = $250 deposit 30 + people = $550 deposit This deposit can be paid by: * Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, and American Express This Deposit is then deducted from your bill on the night. Final Payment - The balance of the account must be settled on the night in full. No payments after this date will be accepted. Cancellations/ Confirmations – Any cancellations made within 7 days of the function date will not receive their deposit back. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to booking, reducing numbers after this time/non attendance will be charged at the full menu price. BYO Policy – We understand that there may be occasions when guests wish to bring their own wines to and we are happy to assist with chilling and decanting. BYO for bottled wine is permitted on Tuesday to Thursday. Corkage is charged at $10 per bottle and if your group number is over 10 people it is $15 per bottle. No BYO will be permitted on any other day. Functions requiring more than three glasses per person will attract an additional charge of $5 per guest. Please note there is a no BYO policy for all Cocktail Functions. BYO Cakeage Policy – If you would like to bring a cake to be served in place of a dessert course, we charge a ‘cakeage’ of $7.50 per person. Room Capacity – Maximum of 45 people for a sit down dinner. Maximum of 60 people for a stand up Cocktail Function. Exclusive Use - Minimum Spend – All groups of over 25 people must have exclusive use of the Restaurant. To have exclusive use of the restaurant there is a minimum spend Tuesday $3000, Wednesday – Thursday of $4000 and Friday $5000 and Saturday of $5500. These minimum spends are applicable for the whole year. The room is available from 6pm to Midnight for dinner functions. - NOTE – We are CLOSED on Mondays & Sundays but open to discussing function enquiries for these days.
