Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor Based Computer Systems

Some questions have been raised regarding the proposal. This addendum is intended to answer/clarify
those questions.
LCD monitors as described on pages 11, 14, 26 and 29 were configured to display at a 1920 x 1080
native resolution. In further researching this specification, it has come to our attention that there are a
limited number of LCD monitors that can display at this resolution. The College has decided that it
will consider 22” LCD monitors whose maximum resolution is 1680 x 1050.
Revised description of LCD monitor is noted on page 2.

22-inch widescreen flat panel display LCD monitor with 22-inch
viewable screen size meeting or exceeding the following specifications:
 0.282mm dot pitch
 1680 x 1050 native resolution.
 Less than 5ms response time
 Image Contrast Ratio of 1000:1
 Image Maximum Horizontal-View Angle of 160°
 Image Maximum Vertical-View Angle of 160°.
Monitor stand must have tilt, height adjustability and pivot rotation.
Monitor must have analog and digital (DVI) interfaces, , Display Port
(preferred) [4] Universal Serial Bus (USB) 2.0 Ports (preferred) and “On
Screen Display” (OSD) menus. Monitor will be tested at 1680 x 1050.
Monitors designed with improved environmentally responsible features
and low power consumption are preferred.
Oakton Community College District 535 is exempt from all Federal, State, and Municipal Taxes.
I have examined the specifications and instructions included herein and agree, provided I am awarded a contract
within 60 days of the proposal due date, to provide the specified items for the sum shown in accordance with the
terms stated herein. All deviations from the specifications and terms are in writing and attached hereto.
