Create a word document for each individuals note following the rotation Make a file on your desktop or other location to store these documents 2) Very useful in completing New Innovation Evaluations You can copy and paste the observations that you made during the rotation into the evaluation form I rely on these notes to give feedback to the residents during the rotation, thus the final New Innovation Evals are sure to match 3) Student observations can be sent to Deepti to add to the comments she collects during PRIME sessions for the IM Clerkship 4) Letters of Recommendations can be personalized with these notes Academic, career and personal comments Helps you recall the timing of the rotation and the extent of your interactions Every Professional Reference form requests that you state how long you have known the candidate, or when you first worked with them 5) Learning future geographic and career plans can allow you to watch for suitable job opportunities during the early 3rd year of Residency for these individuals.
