SAV Chemicals Pvt Ltd , headquartered in Pune is a Professional Manufacturer of
Cyanoacrylate Adhesive ( INSTANT ADHESIVE ) Mxbon branded products for
consumer and industrial market. Established in 2014, the company’s product range
includes retail Adhesives and, Industrial Adhesives. Its in-house Research &
Development team has developed over two-thirds of Mxbon products. It Manufactures a
highly diversified range of adhesives used in varied applications, our products range
from customized Epoxy based adhesives which give excellent strength and bonding
characteristics for specialist applications to commodity adhesives based on
cyanoacrylates.
It is a Joint venture with Taiwan based Cartell Chemicals Taiwan. With technology
support from Taiwan, SAV chemical aims to provide a Total Instant Adhesive Solution to
India customers for both consumer and Industrial segments. To supply the increasing
demand of instant adhesives in India, SAV Chemicals offers a range of different grades
and packaging. It is a solution for a product range from low viscosity to high viscosity
for applications like rubber,metal,acyclic,wood,etc. With the international quality and

0.5 g is a quick bonding solution used to quickly bond most of the material. It is

Press parts on each other and wait for 10 sec
Wipe nozzle thoroughly with dry tissue paper

Avoid contact from skin and eyes
In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek
medical advice or use nail paint remover or Acetone.
Incase contact with skin soak in warm water
Store the tube in cool dry area and keep it out of reach from children

101F
Mxbon 101f is high performance, cyanoacrylate adhesive with fast setting and high
flow ability and good penetration characteristics. It has been formulated to achieve
the Strongest possible bond between well-mated and non -porous surfaces such
as, rubber, metal, plastics etc. Once 101f is applied between two surfaces comes in
contact with atmospheric moisture a rapid polymerization occurs providing the
ultimate bond. Along with its quality it has an added feature, which gives fast
bounding speed. This been a low viscous material it helps to penetrate quickly on
the surface and reduce the curing speed. This comes with a pin and a small nozzle
for fine-tuning.

DIRECTION FOR USE






Make sure surface to be bonded are clean and dry.
Pierce the tip of the bottle with the pin provided in the box and apply it on the
surfaces that need to be bonded. For finer and delicate usage, please use the tail
to avoid excess application of the adhsesive.
Dispense a drop or drops to only one surface.
Press parts together and hold firmly for few seconds. Good contact is essential,
an adequate bond is develop in less the one seconds.
Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the container and recap, if left
uncapped may deteriorate shelf life by contamination from moisture in the air.
Handling and Storage :
Keep product in cool and dry place, do not freeze, keep it close until ready for
use.


Maxbon 104 is the universal premium quality instance adhesive. With low viscosity
material it bonds most of the material with the high speed. It give high bonding strength
to most of the material. It bonds quickly and rapidly almost all type of substrates similar
or dissimilar variety of surfaces within seconds at room temperature with high bonding
strength. Its pavkaging in 20gm Polyethylene ethylene bottle promises better shelf life.
