IKIODA AYEKHEMHE M00423196 CMT3331 NEW MEDIA COURSEWORK 3 REFLECTIVE SOCIAL MEDIA PLAN ANALYSIS Cre8tivehub has implemented its social media plan and aims to develop its use of social media and subsequently grow exponentially. Cre8tivehub currently has accounts running on twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. The previously stated plan to develop a website for the coursework had to be put on hold because it became too time consuming but this does not mean it has been pulled out completely. Having stated that, every other plan was successfully executed. There has been some activity on some of the pages in form of likes, comments and retweers. The research helped me discover a lot of positive and more productive ways social media can be used. Not being able to create the website before the deadline was a bit disappointing but considering the fact that the social media plan worked regardless, it could be overlooked. The images that were created for the development of the website were instead posted on the social network platforms that cre8tivehub uses in form of advertisements. CONCLUSION I am satisfied with the outcome of the social media plan and the social media platform choices that were made. It isn’t a perfect plan but it achieved the deliverables. The coursework taught me a few tips for business and marketing skills. I intend to monitor the development of cre8tivehub and see how to improve on the brand through the use of social media.
