WAYNE, IN - Ross Medical Education Center with 19 campus locations throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, announces that Dr. Mark Volpe will serve as its new Director of Education. Dr. Volpe possesses more than 25 years of managerial experience, including positions as an Academic Dean, Corporate Director of Education and VP of Academic Affairs. He has extensive experience in accreditation and compliance and has served as an evaluator and team leader for national accrediting bodies, such as the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) and the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). In his role as Director of Education, Dr. Volpe is charged with new program development and implementation. He will monitor existing programs to ensure quality of delivery and outcomes. His office will be based at Ross’s Fort Wayne campus. Dr. Volpe earned an undergraduate degree in Biology/Pre-med from Fairfield University in Connecticut. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine.
