There is no defined way to become a BA. Generally companies hire a person with strong analytical skills and technical background with or without an MBA
degree. A BA has to often overlap into the roles of project manager and consultant.. The certification is recognized and the expertise gained through it is
valued by companies all over the world.
A certified business analyst becomes an expert in handling business needs of an organization and determining best solutions. The program includes handson work experience in business analysis through the BA EXAM application process and passing the BA EXAM examination.
