New Owner:
1) Puppy will be AKC registered to ______________________ (owner) with the agreement that a return puppy from a
future/current litter from the above mentioned owner will be transferred from the owner named above. Once a return
puppy is transferred, full AKC rights will be transferred to above mentioned owner. The breeding must be between two
AKC registered dogs of quality conformation. No serious faults will be considered as a quality conformation.
2) Amber Tucker will get choice of puppy male or female from a breeding pair of like quality and conformation. Return
puppy will be transferred to Amber Tucker with Full AKC rights.
3) No puppies from the above mentioned dog litters will be registered with AKC until a return puppy has been
transferred to Amber Tucker.
4) The return puppy will be of good health and will receive proof of proper shots and worming prior to being transferred
to Amber Tucker as will the above mentioned puppy when he/she is sent to you. A 3 day period is given to have puppies
checked by a vet upon receipt to gage that the puppy is in fact in good health. If an issue is found a replacement puppy
will be offered from the next or current litter.
5) Any expenses involved in the breeding or care of the above mentioned dog will be solely the responsibility of the above
mentioned owner. This includes but is not limited to a c-section if necessary.
6) Each breeder will prepay the AKC registration fee for their puppy before it is traded off in the amount of 20.00 via
mail in AKC or AKC E-Z Reg, the puppy will then be registered though AKC and transferred to new owner free of
charge.
7) No offspring or future offspring of either puppy mentioned in this contract is to be sold at auction, pet store, or placed
in an animal shelter and or puppy mill.
8) Puppies mentioned above and future offspring shall also under NO CIRCUMSTANCES be used in dog fighting, dog
baiting or any other activities that can be deemed cruel and/or abusive.
