Governor’s Leadership Academy 205 (Summer Session) The Governor’s Leadership Academy is a unique internship program for currently enrolled college and graduate students to gain a hands-on learning experience in the Governor’s office. Clinical Safety Specialist – Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center The Clinical Safety Specialist (CSS) is based in the Clinical Development Unit at the HVTN Cord Operations Center of the NIH-funded HIV Vaccine Trials Network. The CSS functions as a clinical safety data monitor on phase 1-3 HVTN clinical trials, monitoring the clinical data for completeness, accuracy, and for protocol and regulatory compliance.
