“Starting to teach” course run by the University and you must agree to abide by the
“Code of Practice for Graduate Lab Assistants”.
To assist in this practical you will need to:

a) familiarise yourself with contents of the schedule
b) consult the handbook to make sure that you understand the guidelines for
reporting practical work which students are expected to adhere to
c) if necessary, read up the background to the practical topic
d) read and understood the risk assessment for the practical
e) sign this form and bring it to the meeting
