STALEY SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP STUDIES AMBASSADORS APPLICATION Deadline: Monday, October 27th at 5:00 p.m. What does it mean to be an Ambassador? Staley School Ambassadors are passionate individuals who are dedicated to the recruitment and empowerment of untapped students, leadership education, and promotion of the Kansas State Staley School of Leadership Studies. Ambassadors promote the Staley School of Leadership Studies to current and prospective students at events such as New Student Orientation, High School Seminars, Scholarship Days, K-State Open House and the Academic Majors Fair. In addition to discussing how the Leadership Studies minor can benefit students, the Ambassadors publicize upcoming programs and events in the Staley School of Leadership Studies. Along with promoting and recruiting, the Staley School Ambassadors educate groups on leadership skills at events throughout the year. The Ambassadors additionally act as a voice of student representatives to faculty. The Ambassadors meet weekly throughout the academic year and participate in special events, such as the Spirit of Leadership and Celebrating Service and Leadership, on behalf of the Staley School of Leadership Studies.
