STALEY SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP STUDIES AMBASSADORS
APPLICATION
Deadline: Monday, October 27th at 5:00 p.m.
What does it mean to be an Ambassador?
Staley School Ambassadors are passionate individuals who are dedicated to the recruitment and
empowerment of untapped students, leadership education, and promotion of the Kansas State
Staley School of Leadership Studies. Ambassadors promote the Staley School of Leadership
Studies to current and prospective students at events such as New Student Orientation, High
School Seminars, Scholarship Days, K-State Open House and the Academic Majors Fair. In
addition to discussing how the Leadership Studies minor can benefit students, the Ambassadors
publicize upcoming programs and events in the Staley School of Leadership Studies. Along with
promoting and recruiting, the Staley School Ambassadors educate groups on leadership skills at
events throughout the year. The Ambassadors additionally act as a voice of student
representatives to faculty. The Ambassadors meet weekly throughout the academic year and
participate in special events, such as the Spirit of Leadership and Celebrating Service and
Leadership, on behalf of the Staley School of Leadership Studies.
