anticipation of this exciting event, we would like to take a moment to
clarify a few important details.

Time:
Location:
Saturday, April 14, 2012
$25.00 per ticket
8:00 pm - 12:00 pm

The location for the prom comes with certain guidelines that must be
followed, including specific noise and boundary issues. This will be
covered in the informational meeting prior to prom, but it is vital that all
participants respect these concerns regardless of your attendance at the
meeting. We ask for your assistance in exhibiting proper behavior before,
during, and after this event. Woods Charter School students will be held
accountable for any inappropriate actions, as well as the actions of their
non-WCS dates.
While the dress code will be relaxed slightly for the evening, the Prom is a
school event and all other school rules apply. This includes the alcohol,
tobacco, and other illicit drugs policies as stated in the WCS Handbook. If
a student gives an indication of impairment, access may be denied. In the
event that a student needs to be dismissed from Prom for any reason, no
money will be refunded.
Please note that when the Prom ends at 12:00 pm, all of Woods'
responsibility ends. You need to discuss appropriate plans with your
parents/guardians hereafter. Also, remember that students who leave the
Prom (at any time, for any reason) will not be allowed to return.
Attached you will find valuable information regarding the dress code.
Please read through it carefully and discuss all rules and regulations with
your dates.
ALL FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY YOUR PARENT & RETURNED
