10.7. Projects supporting business transfers to employees creating a cooperative in order to
ensure the sustainability of SMEs. Business Academy Aarhus, Denmark
Business Academy Aarhus is looking to join a potential consortium to develop a project under the
call 171/G/GRO/PPA/15/8265 “Projects supporting business transfers to employees creating a
cooperative in order to ensure the sustainability of SMEs”.
We are looking for research organizations, companies, cooperative federations or business support
organizations to take part in this project. It is central that we find a participant who is willing to take
the lead coordinator role. The call states that the activities should target countries which do not a
have a strong cooperative movement i.e. participants from for instance UK and Finland would be
preferred.

8.7. Improving regional development policies for Zero Energy Public Buildings (ZEGYPt).
Municipality of Nicosia, Cyprus
The Municipality of Nicosia in Cyprus, is looking for partners in order to submit a project proposal
under the 1st call for proposals of INTERREG Europe 2014-2020, Priority axis 3: Low-carbon
economy, Specific objective 3.1: Improve the implementation of regional development policies and
programmes, in particular Investment for Growth & Jobs and European Territorial Cooperation
Programmes (STRUCTURAL FUNDS) addressing the transition to a low-carbon economy
(http://www.interreg4c.eu/interregeurope/callforproposals/).
The project entitled “Improving regional development policies for Zero Energy Public Buildings
(ZEGYPt)” aims at the improvement of regional development policies and programmes aimed at
supporting energy efficiency measures for buildings including better utilization of renewable energy
sources (RES) in the participating regions. This will be achieved through targeted interregional
peer-to-peer learning activities which will entail exchange of experiences on shared policy issues to
better equip the individual regions with tools and knowledge for a positive impact on the
implementation of the relevant regional policies.
Deadline for proposal submission: 31 July 2015
Partners sought: National, Regional or Public Local Authorities and bodies in charge of the policies
addressed within the project.

participation - Network of Towns 2015. Municipality of Narni, Italy
Please find herewith a partner search from the Municipality of Narni (Italy) for the EUROPE FOR
CITIZENS - Democratic engagement and civic participation - Network of Towns 2015. The Call

Specifically they wish to develop a project, called “Roma Bridges on Europe” aimed
at reinforcing the concept of European citizenship and European integration which
intends to examine the importance of Roman Bridges in Europe in a figurative and concrete point
of view.

2.7. Labour market integration - Youth Employment Initiative. Municipality of Gävle,
Sweden
The municipality of Gävle Kommun (Sweden) is searching for European partners to participate in
projects starting in 2016 in the framework of the European Social Fund.
One of the projects will focus on labour market integration and the aim is to establish a modern
knowledge and design centre using functional pedagogy, combining artistic activities with
theoretical learning. The second project will focus on identifying successful examples of projects
within the EU Youth Employment Initiative or other successful examples of combatting youth
unemployment.

For Varberg, Sweden, 2015 is the year when the community will reunite in a joint effort to take
responsibility for peace and human rights. The municipality has an active role to play and views the
Varberg Calling project, as an extension of the work towards its vision of developing the city to
become a creative hotspot.
In this brochure you can read all about the number of different paths towards achieving the above
project objectives. Varberg Calling for Peace provides a forum for voices that would otherwise not
be heard and these will become part of the story. As together we create a new peace movement in
both Varberg and Sweden.
