This is the abstract submission guideline for the 47th IFKT Congress and this document can be
used as a template. In order to facilitate the assessment of the scientific and technological
competence of the papers, authors are kindly asked to submit an abstract of up to two pages
including references.
Content of the abstract should include the aim of the research, the obtained results,
conclusions and a list of most important references. Within the text, references need to be
placed in brackets at the end of the quotation, e.g. (surname of the first author, year). The list
of references (cf. instructions below) should be written below the keywords and arranged
alphabetically according to the first author.
Prior to writing an abstract, you are kindly asked to write your text in MS Word format,
directly into this document, since all styles (cf. p 1, i.e. title of the paper, author and coauthor, institution/company address, body, keywords, references, corresponding address) are
already prepared.
The abstracts will be published in 47th IFKT Congress Book of Abstracts. The abstract should
be written in English. Please use Arial as font and single line spacing for the entire abstract.
There should be a top margin of 3.0 mm and a bottom, left and right margin of 2.5 mm. Title
of the abstract should be in CAPITAL BOLD LETTERS with a font size of 14 pt., with a
maximum length of two lines. The name of the authors should be written in bold letters, with
a font size of 12 pt. and the name of the presenting author should be underlined. Institution
name(s) should be typed to be italic letters with a font size of 10 pt. Please add the e-mail
information of the presenting author. Leave 2 blank lines with font size of 12 pt. before the
body text. The body text should be written with a font size of 12 pt. It is the author's
responsibility to submit correct abstracts (spelling, grammar, scientific facts, accuracy
and layouts).
Please save the abstract under: Surname, Name.doc and upload it to the abstract
submission system.
