application form is
handed in and any
required payments
are made in full (chq
payable to the
coach) and to be
placed by the children
in their class blue
box. Places are
allocated on a first
come, first served
basis.
2. Any club(s) that
your child does not
get into will be
highlighted on the
original form and any
monies paid will be
refunded.
3. All clubs will run
regardless of the
Weather. Outdoor
clubs will move inside
if necessary.
4. All Clubs will run
for 10-weeks starting
in the week
beginning 6th January
2013 (for 5 weeks)
and restarting
immediately after
half term on 24th
February (for 5
weeks).
