Choosing Evidence!
10 points
Directions:
Sometimes, a person’s words and actions do not match. Find 3 separate examples of a disconnect
between what a person claims to believe and what the person actually does - that is, where the belief
and action do NOT match. You may focus on one person, or look at more than one person.
 Set it up as a table. (You may use this page as a template. If you do, add a heading and
delete the directions. You only need to print the table – not the rubric.)
 Copy enough of the QUOTE to show the specific belief or contrasting action.
 Proper MLA in-text citations are required.
 Do not introduce or explain the quotes. Your choices must speak for themselves.
