The Head Coach also provides the essential balance and commitment between academic and athletic excellence while demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills. Projected start date is March 1, 2016. Responsibilities Overall management of the program Coaching Recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes Planning and implementation of fundraising activities Budget management Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Demonstrated experience as a men’s soccer coach at one of the following levels: Head Elite Club Coach, Assistant Collegiate Coach or Head Collegiate Coach. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Demonstrated leadership abilities History of working with and the understanding of the rules and regulations pertaining to NCAA DII men’s soccer Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in fundraising Ability to foster relationships with Alumni, community members, and donors Compensation A salary of $45,000 - $50,000 is anticipated for the position in addition to the full benefits package offered to exempt staff.
