Walk Two
This walk will take approximately 45 mins to 1 hour, please identify the answers to questions along the way
and drop your answers in to the Health Uni desk Lower ground Nexus 10 (10 Pulteney st) to be in the draw
to win a prize.
Your walk will start at Nexus 10 (10 Pulteney st) and take you to the Torrens returning to Nexus 10.
1. From Nexus 10 please cross the road towards Bonython Hall. Find the bust of Sir Douglas Mawson and
answer the question.

2. Head west (towards King William St) looking at the centenary plaques (they are on the North Terrace

4. Head west (towards King William St) locate the National War Memorial (corner of North Terrace and Kintore
avenue) and continue along the footpath between the wall of the governors house and North Terrace. Look

6. Head towards the railway station, cross over Station Street and turn right (heading to the festival centre).
You are walking on the western side on Station Street. Head towards Festival Bridge and find the plaque to

8. Head down the stairs towards the paddle boats on the Torrens River. Once you hit the footpath along the
Torrens head west (ie left if you are facing the Torrens). Walk under the Adelaide Oval footbridge. Heading
toward Morphett street bridge. Go up the stairs and find the plaque and answer the question.

9. Over the bridge and take the step back down to the other side of the Torrens River. You are now free to
walk without questions for a while, so turn up the speed and head towards the Uni Bridge.
10. Cross over the Uni Bridge and enter the North Terrace Campus. Going up the Barr Smith Steps.

11. Find the Hub entrance and answer the question.
